  • While visiting Ann Arbor I went to First Bite for an early lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Nice atmosphere and friendly people, but I especially liked the healthy options. They serve breakfast and lunch. I ordered the beet burger with their house potatoes. Their burger sauce was delicious. . Gluten-free options are available as well. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. They also have a full coffee bar and a selection of smoothies. Highly recommend.

  • Stopped in for lunch while attending the Ann Arbor Art Fair. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, added chicken and an iced salted caramel cappucino. It was a lite lunch which I enjoyed. My server was very friendly. I saw a man whom I believe was either the manager or owner greeting and speaking to people which was nice.

  • We came here because of the organic options on the menu and also wanting a simple breakfast. They absolutely rocked it. Fantastic breakfast, cozy atmosphere, festive music on at the right volume and happy waitresses and chefs. The coffee is nice and classic diner style dark brew. Stays hot in the mug and they come around to top you up. Would definitely come back!

  • I've been here three times now. The first and second time I had the two egg breakfast with potatoes. I really liked that dish because it was simple yet tasted amazing. The second time I came, I got a black bean bowl with an egg. It was not the most flavorful and I feel like the dish was carried by the guacamole and pico de gallo. The service is decent. The place is usually busy so it can be hard to ask any questions or ask for something once your waiter leaves. It can take a second to get a table and get your order in. Other than that, the staff is friendly. It's a decent place, overall.

  • I got a green smoothie and it was really good. I also ordered a black bean burger and it was so tender that it sort of fell apart as I was eating it. It had delicious flavor, and I liked the corn salsa and spinach on top. Tasted healthy and very good! Was a good place to stop into for a quick lunch on my break from work. The staff were friendly and the place seems to get pretty popular around lunch time, but my food was still ready pretty fast. They packed up everything to go for me incase I ran out of time to eat and didn’t give me a hard time about it at all. I’d go back!

  • The service was very friendly, accommodating, and relaxed. The food was also solid, I got the curry bowl and it had good flavor! If you are looking for a quick breakfast/brunch/lunch spot this is a great place! It’s also nice it is open seating - Will be back to try their breakfast items!

  • A new favorite of mine. This place offers tons of vegetarian options and local specialties. They make one of the best tomato basil soups I've ever had! The sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced too. Great for a quick, high quality meal. If you are vegetarian and new to the area, I would strongly recommend this restaurant.
